The Birmingham University Anime and Manga Society is based at the Guild Council Chamber of The University of Birmingham's Guild of Students, which is part of the main campus of the University of Birmingham. There is also an on-site train station with regular links to and from the city centre.
Reaching Us by Train:
University Station can be found on the Redditch to Lichfield Trent Valley line, the second station after Birmingham New Street travelling towards Redditch. Trains running in both directions run between every 10 minutes and every half hour (becoming less frequent in the evening). Once you have reached University Station:
- Leave University Station to the left.
- Travel forwards along the pedestrian area (with Computer Science on your right) past the bike racks and onto the road running between the Haworth Building and Biosciences.
- At the T-junction, continue forwards underneath, and under the arch of Staff House.
- Continue forwards along this road. At the far edge of campus, you will find the Guild of Students.
Reaching Us by Car:
There is a small pay and display car-park available to visitors of the University, near north entrance. The Guild is a short walk through campus from there. For detailed instructions on how to drive to the University, please follow the University's official directions.
Reaching Us by Bus:
The number 61, 62 and 63 busses (operated by Travel West Midlands) travel towards the University from the City Centre.
