48-hour plays!

Our first 48-hour play this term is Animal Farm! Auditions: Mon 5th Oct, 5.30-7.30pm in the Rosa Parks room in the Guild and Rehearsals 23/24/25 Oct, Performance 25 Oct

 

During a 48-hour play, the cast have 10 days to learn their lines and then only 48-hours in which to rehearse and perform a play. We do a read-through on a Friday evening, followed by long rehearsals on Saturday and Sunday and a performance on Sunday. The result is often manic, brilliant and brilliant. We also do 48-hour pantomimes!
